The Power of Scale Modelling

 Introduction A simple introduction to scale modelling would start well by understanding the definition of what a scale model is and what this hobby is about. Without further ado, I will now be discussing the basics of scale modelling Well... a scale model is a physical model of objects of all types which can range from vehicles, people, buildings and even fictional crafts. The "Scale" in scale modelling typically refers to the size of the model it is trying to recreate. It refers to the linear dimension of the scale model to the equivalent dimension on the full-sized subject, depicted usually as a ratio. For example, 1:6, 1:16 and 1:35 scale. This means that every one centimeter on the model, is represented as six units on the full-sized subject.
